Gaurav Taneja is an IITian, Captain in AirAsia, social media influencer, YouTuber, Bodybuilder, and a Nutritionist. He was born on 9 July 1986 in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh to a middle-class family. His father is Yogendra Kumar Taneja who is a retired bank employee and his mother is Bharti Taneja who is a teacher.
